MOEF NOC | After a long period, the long waited meeting was held on 16 Jun 14. MOEF has raised some observation in the drawing for incorporation and issued relevant forms to be filled for NOC. Same are under process. |
Fire NOC | Due to repeated transfers of Regional fire officer, the NOC was delayed. NOC is expected by end of this month. |

Contract for Architectural services with M/s GJS Infratech Pvt Ltd has been terminated with w.e.f 16 Jan 23 due to poor performance.

Based on the above progress we are hopeful of obtaining all the statutory approvals by end July 14. Parallely the shortlisting and selection of contractor is being progressed and we are hopeful of completing the tender process by Sept/Oct 14 and thereafter commence construction. Next update will be uploaded in end July 14. |
