UPDATE AS ON 30 SEP 2014.
1. Allottees of Greater Noida Phase-II project are informed that the defect rectification work is in progress. The defect liability period (DLP) of the project is valid upto 02 Nov 2014. The defects reported after due date will not be entertained by this Board. The Society has already been intimated vide AFNHB letter dated 22 Aug 2014 in this regard (copy attached).
2. All allottees are once again requested to register / forward their complaints to the Society by 15 Sep 2014.
3. Allottees who have already registered their complaints to the Society, are not required to forward the same.
