| The Gr Mohali project is in its final leg of completion. The end activities, such as land scapping, construction of main gate, clock tower etc is in progress (photographs enclosed). The intended target is to complete the project in by Oct (including land scapping) AFNHB Gr (Mohali) is a prestigious project for the Board and its success will give us encouragement to undertake projects of this magnitude in future, needless to say all the activities are being closely monitored.
Till date approx 550 DUs have been offered for taking over (All categories) and 53 DUs have been taken over. We have received a very positive and encouraging response. Some of the comments have been attached for your preview.
