UPDATION – PAYMENT OF PROPERTY TAX : (08 Jul 14)

1.  The Property Tax cards for individual DUs , Community Centre, Club House and Shopping Complex have been received from the Coimbatore Corporation on 27 Jun 14.

2. The Corporation revenue officials have assessed & intimated that the Property Tax as Rs.47,67,262/-(Rupees Forty Seven Lakhs Sixty Seven Thousand Two Hundred and Sixty Two Only) for the period from 2012 -2013 (2nd Half) to 2014-2015(1st Half). This is required to be paid to Coimbatore Corporation as per the Government norms for the said period.

3.   The approval for the Shopping Complex and the Corporation Water Connections will get delayed if the property tax as demanded by the Coimbatore Corporation is not paid in time.  The Corporation has linked these to the payment of property tax.

4.   In order to avoid any delay in approvals, AFNHB is paying the property tax on behalf of the allottees and society.  Society / Individuals are requested to collect individual Property Tax Cards from the Project Director and if any discrepancy is found in the calculation. Allottees are requested to contact Corporation Office for rectification / clarification on the issue directly.
