NEWS LETTER AFNHB PH-III PROJECT HYDERABAD - 30 Aug 11

1. Water, Sewage and Electrical systems at AFNHB Ph-III Project Hyderabad have been made operational. Consequent upon this a large number of allottees have requested President JVT and Project Director for obtaining of electrical connections and installation of energy meters for their respective flats on their behalf jointly.
2. Based on these general request, Project Director in consultation with President JVT have taken up case State Electricity Board for installation of Energy meters for the allottees of A,D,H and I blocks jointly without producing the registration documents of the individual dwelling units.
3. Therefore all the allottees of blocks A,D,H and I are requested to keep an interim amount of Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) ready to deposit in the JVT society account which is likely to be opened by society President by 15 Sep 11. The details of JVT account will be placed on AFNHB web site after wards.
STATUS:
 
  • All pending Possession Letters have been forwarded to Project Site Office. All allottees who have not yet collected their Possession letter may collect the same from Mr. Reghunath Asst. Director(Works) after submitting relevant documents and clearing balance payment due.
