Progress of Clearance

1. The Hon'ble High Court of Orissa While desposing Misc. Application No. 11310/11 in W.P. No. 19862/11 on 03 Aug 11 has passed the following direction: The current progress was reviewed and the quantum of balance work assessed.

" Any allotment of Dwelling Units in respect of serving personnel of Air Force and Navy under AFNHB, Bhubaneshwar Scheme shall be subject to the result of the Writ Petition and also allotment shall be made keeping in view the reserved quota of retired employees."

2. Reply in the case has been filed by the Board and the case is pending for final hearing.
