3.    That I/ We do hereby and hereunder agree to indemnify AFNHB of any possible claims or demands toward taxes, including Service Tax & GST, if applicable, cess or any other statutory tax/ charges may be imposed in future by the Govt of India/ State Govt or any other competent authority, in relation to the allotment, sale, construction, or any associated services, shall be borne and paid by me in addition to the total sale consideration.
