- As informed earlier a team from HQ was stationed at Coimbatore project site w.e.f 05 Dec 13 till 10 Dec 13 to facilitate the issue of possession letter to allottees.
- Few allottees and RWA have requested to this board to place a team at Coimbatore site in Feb/Mar 14 again for issuance of possession letter at site. The placement of AFNHB team at site in Feb and again in March is not feasible due to the limited resources of the Board. The Board, in order to avoid inconvenience to allottees will position the possession letter with the PD at site. Those allottees who wish to take possession letter from the site are, therefore, requested to forward their final payments to AFNHB HQ. AFNHB HQ, on receipt of total dues from the allottees, shall forward the possession letter to the site under intimation to the allottee by email. The allottee can thereafter collect the possession letter from Project Director at site.
- For further formalities for collection of possession letter, such as Indemnity Bond, Affidavit etc, allottees are requested to follow the guideline mentioned in the AFNHB letter dated 08 Nov 13 as available on the website. The allottees can combine the process of collection of possession letter and handing /taking over of the dwelling unit if they so desire. It is requested that allottees may laise with PD at site before finalizing their travel plans.
- The schedule for physical handing over of DUs for rest of allottees shall be uploaded on website in due course of time.
